Fruit Cakes usually have an Almond/Marzipan Icing covering the cake, and this in turn is covered in Sugarpaste, which has replaced the usual Royal Icing and is a softer Icing. If you wish to have your cake covered in Traditional Royal Icing, I’d be delighted to.

Buttercream is used for all types of sponge cakes; here is a list of some of the flavours I use:

Plain / Vanilla / Lemon / Orange / Coffee / Almond / Chocolate / Chocolate Orange / Oreo Biscuit / Nutella / Biscoff / the list is endless!

I also use Chocolate Ganache for different fillings (Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, and Dark Chocolate Flavours)
